Join Region 4's panel discussion on case management software programs on Friday, March 8th from 12-1pm. Three TALI members will talk about the specific case management software they use: Duane Collins -- TrackOps, Gari Young -- CrossTrax, and Derek Ellington -- My Case. You'll hear about what they like, what they don't like, the learning curve, customer service, ease of use, etc.

Note this is NOT a sales pitch by the vendor; these are real world users talking about what case management software program works best for their business. If you've been meaning to implement case management software but don't have the time to research all the possibilities out there, then this training is for you!

Case management software makes organization, case notes, billing/invoicing, scheduling, report assessments, file uploads, etc., easier and more efficient. Learn tips and tricks and figure out how your business can benefit from a case management software program.

Disclaimer: While there are many case management software programs out there, we chose to highlight these three programs that many Investigators tend to use. This is meant to facilitate a group discussion, so if you have another program you'd like to share during the presentation, we welcome your input!

When: Friday, March 8th, 12-1pm

Where: Zoom link provided upon registration on the TALI website (note that you need to be logged into the TALI website to register)

We will resume in-person Region 4 meetings at Casa Chapala in Austin in April/May since we have our in-person networking event in March.

For any questions, contact TALI Region 4 Director, Samantha Santiago, (737) 888-4959.

We look forward to you joining us!
