All applications for
membership must be made on an Application Form.

format a form you may complete and mail.) Each Application must be fully completed and accompanied by the first
year's annual dues, plus a one-time $10 application fee. Each Application for Membership is
investigated by the Board of Directors of TALI, and after such
investigation is completed, the Applicant is notified of acceptance or
rejection of his/her Membership Application.
